Meet the founder
Mike Lindberg brings a unique combination of experience that is rarely found in the appraisal industry. As a former independent insurance adjuster and licensed general contractor with more than 14 years of restoration experience, he understands both how claims are evaluated and how buildings are actually repaired. Since 2019, he has focused on independent appraisal and umpire services, helping resolve complex property insurance disputes through objective analysis, technical expertise, and balanced decision-making.
